My World Famous Spaghetti

A variation on the classic spaghetti aglio e olio but tweaked in my own particular way... enjoy!

Ingredients
Per person
3
rashers bacon
3
cloves
garlic
1
chopped chilli
2
spring onions
100
g
spaghetti
Olive oil
1
small bunch chopped parsley
Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Put spaghetti into boiling salted water
Heat the oil and add the bacon
Add the chilli, garlic and spring onions
Add half the parsley
If mixture becomes a bit dry, add some water from the spaghetti
When spaghetti is al dente, drain and add to pan
Toss all ingredients together
Garnish with parmesan and serve
