Full of goodness, very tasty and simple to throw together.\t<\/p>\n\t<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-equipment\">\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-ingredients\">\n\t\t<ul><li>4 free-range eggs<\/li><li>4 undyed smoked haddock fillets<\/li><li>milk (to poach fish)<\/li><li>2 bay leaves<\/li><li>180 g long grain or basmati rice<\/li><li>1 tbsn butter ghee<\/li><li>fresh ginger (about a thumb size, grated)<\/li><li>1 medium onion (chopped finely)<\/li><li>1 clove garlic (chopped)<\/li><li>2 heaped tbsns curry powder<\/li><li>1 tbsn mustard seeds<\/li><li>2 tomatoes (deseeded and chopped)<\/li><li>juice of 2 lemons<\/li><li>large bunch coriander leaves<\/li><li>1 red chilli (finely chopped)<\/li><li>250 g natural yoghurt ((optional))<\/li><\/ul>\t<\/div>\n\t<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-instructions\">\n\t\t<h4>Preliminary<\/h4><ol><li><p>Put eggs on to boil. 10 minutes for hard boiled. Then set aside.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Gently poach the fish  in some milk with the bay leaves. Then set aside.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Boil rice on in a pan &#8211; be careful not to overcook.<\/p><\/li><\/ol><h4>Main dish<\/h4><ol><li><p>Melt ghee in a saut\u00e9 pan. Add ginger, garlic and onions.
