Bursting with lime and coriander. \t<\/p>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-equipment\">\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-ingredients\">\n<ul>\n<li>Tomatoes (chopped)<\/li>\n<li>1 red onion (finely chopped)<\/li>\n<li>1 jalapeno pepper (chopped)<\/li>\n<li>2 cloves garlic (crushed)<\/li>\n<li>coriander (chopped)<\/li>\n<li>Lime (juice of 2)<\/li>\n<li>salt and pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-instructions\">\n<ol>\n<li>Chop the onions and crush the garlic into a bowl<\/li>\n<li>Squeeze juice of 1 lime over them<\/li>\n<li>Chop tomatoes and coriander<\/li>\n<li>Add tomatoes and coriander to bowl and season as required with salt and black pepper<\/li>\n<li>Add more lime juice as required<\/li>\n<li>Stir everything together and serve<\/li>\n<\/ol><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-notes\">\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-meta\">\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><!--End WPRM Recipe--><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A ripe, fresh salsa, bursting with flavour and very simple to throw together.
