Well worth a try.<\/p>\n<p><!--WPRM Recipe 920--><\/p>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe\">\n<h2 class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-name\">Smoked haddock and cauliflower gratin<\/h2>\n<p>\t<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-image\" src=\"http:\/\/childofthemist.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/20170331_201426-150x150.jpg\"\/>\t<\/p>\n<p class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-summary\">\n\t\tA great and easy dish using smoked haddock. \t<\/p>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-equipment\">\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-ingredients\">\n<ul>\n<li>Butter (for greasing tray)<\/li>\n<li>350 g potatoes cut into 2cm cubes<\/li>\n<li>1 medium cauliflower<\/li>\n<li>1 heaped tbsp cornflour<\/li>\n<li>300 ml pouring double cream<\/li>\n<li>100 g gruyere cheese (coursely grated)<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp chopped parsley<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp chopped chives<\/li>\n<li>500 g smoked haddock<\/li>\n<li>paprika<\/li>\n<li>salt and pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-instructions\">\n<ol>\n<li>Heat oven to 200C\/180C fan<\/li>\n<li>Butter a large ovenproof dish<\/li>\n<li>Boil potatoes in salted water for 4 minutes<\/li>\n<li>Add cauliflower and boil for a further 4 minutes<\/li>\n<li>Drain well and add to the buttered dish. Add pepper to taste<\/li>\n<li>Put cornflour in a bowl and add cream.
