Prawn and Chorizo Linguine

A great pasta dish. Big flavours, very quick and easy to make.

- Prawns - as many as you want
- Chorizo diced, as much as you want
- Mushrooms sliced, as many as you like
- Spring onions 2-3 per head
- 1 tub single cream or crème fraîche
- Juice of 1 lemon or lime
Put the linguine on to boil in slightly salted water
In a large pan, heat the oil and add chorizo
Cook for a few minutes until oil is coloured
Add garlic and onions and cook until softened
Add mushrooms and stir
Add cream and keep stirring
Add juice of lemon or lime and stir
Linguine should be ready
Drain the pasta and add to pan
Stir everything together well
Serve with parmesan and black pepper
