Ingredients
  1. 300g plain flour
  2. 50g butter
  3. 175 ml milk
  4. 0.5 tsp salt
Instructions
  1. Slowly melt the butter in the milk
  2. Add salt to flour
  3. Add melted butter and milk
  4. Mix until a good dough
  5. Knead for around 2 minutes
  6. Cover with film and set aside for at least 30 mins
  7. Split into 4 and roll out
  8. (At this stage, add any olives, tomato, herbs etc required)
  9. Cook on a fairly hot pan for around a minute and a half each side
Notes
  1. This bread stays fairly flexible. I like to add olives, gently roll them into the dough before cooking. Kneading helps but is not essential. The core of this recipe is simplicity.
