Loaded cheese and bacon wedges

A simple and easy recipe that is bursting with taste and flavour. No need for measures in the recipe as it’s just a simple “thrown-together” snack or accompaniment. Use a potato that’s good for roasting such as Maris Piper. The cheese can be whatever you like. I used a mature cheddar and it worked great. Also, your choice of spice on the wedges may vary too… it’s all about personal taste. Get wired in….

Notes

I've purposely not used measures in this recipe as it all depends on how many you want and how much topping you want on the wedges. Just do your own thing and see how it goes.
